Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak recalled his top negotiators from peace talks with the Palestinians after the bodies of two slain Israelis were discovered in the West Bank. Palestinian sources said the two had entered a restaurant to eat, when they were set upon by masked gunmen who took the two to an area outside the center of Tulkarm and shot them in the head.
