Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak traveled Tuesday to Berlin, where he became the first foreign leader to visit there since the German capital was moved from Bonn. Accompanying him on the trip is former Knesset Speaker Shevach Weiss, a Holocaust survivor who is reportedly Barak’s choice to serve as Israel’s next ambassador to Germany.
