Israeli Prime Minister-elect Ehud Barak’s negotiating team moved from informal to formal coalition discussions Thursday with representatives from the leftist Meretz Party and the more hawkish National Religious Party. The team was due to meet Friday with members of the Center Party and the immigrants rights Yisrael Ba’Aliyah Party.
