Israeli security forces foiled a Palestinian mortar barrage on southern Jerusalem. The Shin Bet said this week that it had arrested several members of a Fatah terrorist cell in the West Bank city of Bethlehem who had planned to fire a stolen mortar at nearby Gilo and Har Homa, both neighborhoods on the southern outskirts of Jerusalem.
