Israeli settlers reportedly plan to turn the West Bank’s largest quarry into a garbage dump. Ha’aretz said Tuesday that a settler-owned firm was preparing the quarry outside Nablus to receive some 10,000 tons of waste from central Israel every month, though the Israeli government has not approved the project.
