Israeli settlers retaliated following the deaths of four settlers this week in Palestinian ambushes. Near the West Bank town of Nablus, a settler opened fire on a Palestinian car, slightly injuring two people, Israeli police said. Nearby, settlers stoned and beat a group of Palestinians whose car overturned after settlers threw rocks at it. Three Israelis were arrested in the incidents.
