Israeli soldiers arrested a Palestinian believed to be responsible for the deadly June 2001 terrorist attack on a Tel Aviv disco. Late last week, the soldiers arrested Raed Hutri in the West Bank town of Kalkilya. The attack on the Dolphinarium killed 22 Israelis, most of them teen-agers.
