Israeli soldiers captured a Palestinian terrorist who fired on Israeli cars in northern Israel. No one was injured in Sunday’s attack in the lower Galilee. The gunman, a resident of the West Bank city of Jenin, opened fire on cars near the community of Katzir. Soldiers apprehended the gunman several hours later.
