Israeli soldiers fired at Palestinian stone-throwers during clashes in the West Bank town of Bethlehem. Five Palestinians were lightly wounded during the protests, which have been held in Bethlehem the past week on behalf of Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails. Many of the prisoners are on a hunger strike.
