Israeli tanks moved into the Gaza Strip late Tuesday. According to the Associated Press, which cited Palestinian witnesses, three tanks and a bulldozer moved into Gaza and began demolishing a Palestinian security post near Deir el-Balah. Israeli officials had no immediate comment on the report.
