A six-foot eucalyptus tree flown here from Israel was yesterday planted in the music grove at Brooklyn’s Prospect Park at ceremonies marking Israel’s fifth anniversary. The tree was presented by Leo Marder, president of the Brooklyn Jewish Community Council, and accepted by Borough President John Cashmore. One of the chief speakers at the ceremony was Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the Jewish Agency executive.
