Israeli troops arrested a Palestinian woman suspected of planning to carry out a suicide attack. The woman and another wanted Palestinian were arrested Sunday night in a refugee camp near Nablus. Palestinians in the Gaza Strip fired two mortar shells into Israel overnight and also fired two mortar shells at Israeli settlements in the Gaza Strip.
