A proposal that Dr. Nahum Goldmann, in his capacity as head of the World Zionist movement, be invited to participate in Israel Cabinet meetings, will be formally presented to the Israel Government by the Progressive Party, it was learned here today. A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the political committee of the Progressive Party. It came as part of the proposals to bring about improved cooperation between the Israel Government and the Zionist movement in the field of political activities. The suggestion refers to the periods when Dr. Goldmann is in Israel.
