General Moshe Dayan, Israel Army Chief of Staff, emplaned for Paris last night, completing a successful tour of American military installations. He is scheduled to discuss “military affairs of mutual interest” with defense officials of the French government.
His last formal visit in Washington, upon returning from a trip that took him to the South and Middle West, was with Vice-Admiral A. C. Davis, director of foreign military affairs for the Department of Defense, with whom Gen. Dayan conferred Friday.
