Israel’s High Court of Justice ruled that the grave of a soldier killed along with 11 other soldiers in a raid in Lebanon more than two years ago be opened in order to conduct DNA testing to positively identify the remains. In making its decision Sunday on apparent remains of Raz Tebi, the court agreed with the soldier’s father, Nachshon, and against his mother, Yardena.
