Israel’s High Court of Justice was due to hear petitions from three relatives of Palestinian terrorists who are slated for deportation to the Gaza Strip. The Palestinians slated for deportation are a brother and a sister of a Fatah terrorist who allegedly planned a July 17 double suicide bombing in Tel Aviv, and the brother of a Hamas terrorist involved in two ambushes near the West Bank settlement of Immanuel.
