Israel’s interior minister says he will cut off special benefits to Israeli settlements in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Avraham Poraz of the Shinui Party said the $16 million allocated for special grants to settlements would be used for development towns inside Israel proper, the daily Ma’ariv reported.
