Israel’s Interior Ministry is one of the most flagrant violators of civil rights in the Jewish state, according to the Association for Civil Rights in Israel. Arabs living in Jerusalem and immigrants from the former Soviet Union are among those who particularly suffer from ministry policies, the group said.
