Israel’s Magen David Adom threatened to reduce its services to Israelis in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The group, which is the Israeli equivalent of the Red Cross, said it was reacting to the government’s failure to pay for its activities there. According to Magen David Adom, the government owes the group close to $774,000.
