Israel’s military attaches abroad have been summoned home for routine consultations, a military spokesman announced here today. The attaches are: Col. Vivian Herzog of the Washington Embassy; Col. Katriel Salmon of the London Ministry; Col. David Shaltiel of the Paris Ministry; and Col. Vri Shay of Ankara Ministry.
