Italian Govt. Urged to Cancel Invitation to Nasser to Visit Rome

The Italian Foreign Minister was urged today to annul the invitation extended by the Italian. Government to Egyptian President Col. Nasser to visit Rome, in view of the latter’s intended visit to Moscow. The suggestion was voiced by the leading Italian newspaper II Messagero, which stated that Nasser’s trip to Moscow is against the interests of Italy as a NATO country.
