Italy’s reply to the United States note protesting application of anti-Semitic discriminations to Americans makes provision for creation of a special commission to study each individual case, secretary of State Cordell Hull told his press conference today.
Asked whether he disapproved any portion of the Italian note, Secretary Hull said he had not considered it carefully. He added that he had asked the Italian Government for permission to publish the document.
