Jacob Firestone, a pioneer resident of St. Paul, died recently at the ago of 80 years. He came to St. Paul in 1873 from Hungary and retired from business several years ago. A fund of $10,000 has been set aside by the children of Mr. and Mrs. Firestone to be known as the Jacob and Rosalle Firestone Memorial Trust, the income of which will be devoted to charitable purposes. In addition gifts are being made the Jewish Home for the Aged, the Jewish Orphan Asylum at Cleveland and the Denver National Hospital.
