Appropriations for overseas relief, reconstruction and emigration work for March amounting to $5,937,000 were announced today by the Joint Distribution Committee. This months grants bring to $23,691,000 the sum allocated this year for the Joint Distribution Committee’s overseas programs, it was disclosed.
