Charles H. Jordan, overseas director general of the Joint Distribution Committee, was today elected president of the General Conference of the International Council of Voluntary Agencies which concluded a five-day meeting here. The Conference adopted a number of resolutions on older migrants, new migration problems in Europe and Latin America and the Palestinian Arab refugees.
