A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Joint Distribution Committee will be held for the brst time in its history outside of the borders of the United States during the month of August, it was announced.
The meeting will take place in Zurich, Switzerland, where the most prominent members of the Committee, including Felix M. Warburg, Louis Marshall, Dr. Cyrus Adler, Dr. Lee K. Frankel, will proceed to attend the inaugural session of the extended Jewish Agency. Other members of the Executive Committee, including Paul Baerwald, David Bressler, Joseph C. Hyman, who are now in Europe, will also attend. It is expected that Dr. Bernard Kahn, European Director of the Joint Distribution Committee, and Dr. Joseph Rosen, head of the Agro-Joint, will come to Zurich to attend the meeting.
