WARBURG, ONE OF THE COMMITTEE’S FOUNDERS AND ITS HONORARY CHAIRMAN. THE OFFICES IN MOSCOW AND OTHER CITIES WERE ORDERED TO KEEP CLOSED UNTIL AFTER THE FUNERAL SERVICES FRIDAY.
