James N. Rosenberg, vice-chairman of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, and Dr. Bernard Kahn, European director of the Committee, left today for Moscow.

Prior to their departure, a reception in honor of Mr. Rosenberg was given at the home of Dr. Kahn. The reception was attended by prominent Jewish intellectuals of Central and Eastern Europe. Among those present were Dr. Albert Einstein, Hildersheimer, James Simon, Dr. Paul Nathan, Dr. Oscar Cohn, Dr. Brodnitz, Professor Sobernheim, Dr. Blumenfeld, Mr. Teitel, president of the Association of Russian Jews, Mr. Raphael Szerszewski, Jewish member of the Polish Senate, Dr. Klumel and Mr. Ounger, director of the Jewish Colonization Association.
