Mr. James N. Rosenberg, chairman of the Reconstruction Committee of the Joint Distribution Committee, and Dr. Bernard Kahn, European director of the Joint Distribution Committee, are expected to arrived here on May 2.
Mr. Rosenberg and Dr. Kahn will inspect the work of the Joint Distribution Committee in Russia and make a tour of the new and old colonies.
