There are still some 800 Jews in China for whom the Joint Distribution Committee is trying to find permanent homes in other countries, it was learned here today. After negotiations with intergovernmental bodies the JDC has succeeded in bringing five aged Jews from China and having them placed in a rest home in Switzerland.
