A Jewish National Fund Golden Book certificate was presented today to Sir Ellsworth Flavelle, chairman of the Canadian Palestine Committee, for his leadership in arousing public opinion on behalf of the Zionist cause. The presentation was made by Samuel J. Zacks, president of the United Zionist Council of Canada.
