The New York chapter of the Jewish War Veterans this week-end offered to provide the U.S. immigration authorities with proof that Lajos Marschalko, a Hungarian immigrant who has been held on Ellis Island since last summer, was responsible for the killing of American airmen who were shot down over Hungary during the war. The J.W.V. offered to produce three witnesses to prove that Marschalko, whom it wants deported, is a Nazi.
