Vladimir Jabotinsky, who organized the Jewish Legion which fought under General Allenby in the British Army’s Palestine campaign during the World War, is seeking Polish citizenship, the Warsaw Togblatt reported today. Jabotinsky, founder and head of the Zionist Revisionist movement, at present has citizenship in no country, being one of the holders of the Nansen, League of Nations, passports.
Revisionist circles are buzzing with rumors that, if granted citizenship, Jabotinsky will appear in the next elections for the Polish Sejm, heading a list of candidates put up by the Revisionist organization.
