Vladimir Jabotinsky, president of the New Zionist Organization, today cabled Sir Harold Alfred macMichael, Palestine High Commissioner, urging clemency for mordecai Schwartz, Jewish policeman who is scheduled to be executed on Wednesday for killing an Arab policeman. Addressing a mass meeting here, Mr. Jabotinsky denounced the non-retaliation policy of Palestine Jews, and also the proposed partition of the Holy Land.
