Appointment of Jack J. Zurofsky as Director of Community Publicity Services of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds was announced today by Irving Kane of Cleveland, Council president. Mr. Zurofsky will direct the Council’s program designed to help the communities develop effective public relations programs for fund-raising campaigns and year-round interpretation.
Mr. Zurofsky was formerly Director of Interpretation and Promotion of the Jewish Community Council of Essex County, New Jersey.
