Jacob Landau, managing director of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency and Jewish Daily Bulletin, arrived in New York on the steamer Olympic.
Bernard M. Baruch contributed $25,000 on behalf of the College of the City of New York to provide for a room in the American Dormitory of the Cite Universitaire in Paris, it was announced by the American Committee for the Cite Universitaire.
The committee has about $325,000 in cash and pledges toward the American Building and will need $100,000 more to complete the structure and provide for expenses incident to its occupancy.
