Jacob Stein, chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, announced today that a delegation of Jewish leaders will meet tomorrow with Secretary of State William P. Rogers in Washington to discuss current problems faced by Jews in the Soviet Union. The delegation will include Max Fisher, president of the Council of Federations and Welfare Funds; Richard Maass, chairman of the National Conference on Soviet Jewry; and Stein.
