The Court of Appeals at Radom today upheld the District Court in overruling a five-month prison sentence imposed by the police court on Vincenti Korczak, anti-Semitic leader in the town of Przytyk, where three persons were killed and more than a score wounded in anti-Jewish disorders March 10. Korczak was accused of having terrorized peasants into boycotting Jews.
