The trial of more than 50 persons implicated in the Jassy massacre of 1941 in which some 14,000 Jews lost their lives will open before the Rumanian Court of Appeals here on June 14, it was officially announced here today. Among the more than 50 defendants who will stand trial are one general and five colonels of the Rumanian army.
