The Essex County Grand Jury was on record today as condemning the riots last spring between Nazi and anti-Nazi groups in the adjoining suburb of Irvington.
The presentment states that no indictments were returned because assailants could not be identified by witnesses who testified before the Grand Jury. A total of seventy-four witnesses were examined.
It was learned, however, that three indictments were returned against persons who were involved in fights here immediately after the rioting in Irvington.
