Fourteen men arrested by police here for participating in a Nazi rally will be arraigned in police court tomorrow morning. Among those arrested was Fred W. Buttig, circulation manager of the Deutsche Zeitung, Yorkville (New York City) Nazi weekly.
Grand Jury action is considered likely. Nazi literature, emblems and swastika badges were seized in the raid on last night’s meeting, conducted under the auspices of the Friends of New Germany. The meeting was held in violation of recently enacted police regulations banning Nazi gatherings.
