The Municipality of Jerusalem last night approved a vote of thanks to Mayor Robert F. Wagner of New York for his refusal to extend his city’s hospitality to King Saud of Saudi Arabia.
Other Israeli municipalities and civic organizations have lauded Mayor Wagner for his stand that the Arab King was anti-Jewish and anti-Catholic,a stand which earned the mayor a public rebuke from President Eisenhower.
