Jerusalem Set to Report to Mandates Body

The Palestine government will be represented at the next session of the Mandates Commission of the League of Nations in Geneva by Assistant Chief Secretary Moody, it was announced here today.

Mr. Moody is proceeding shortly to Geneva, ready to answer any question on Palestine which may come up before the Mandates Commission.

The report of the Palestine government to the Mandate Commission is divided into two parts, one on Palestine and the other on Transjordan. It deals with immigration, colonization, employment, health work and education.

AGENCY TO REPORT

Simultaneously with its own report on Palestine and Transjordan, the Palestine government will also submit to the Mandates Commission a report of the Jewish Agency, reviewing the progress made in the Jewish upbuilding work. The Agency report will be submitted together with a covering letter from Nahum Sokolow, president, in which grievances with regard to immigration and land purchasing laws, will be outlined.
