A Jew and an Arab were the latest victims today of the resurgent wave of Arab terrorism which this time, however, is not believed to be political in character.
Mendel Minz, 31-year-old Jewish truck driver, was slain this morning by Arab bullets, fired from ambuscade near the settlement of Even-Jehuda on the Jaffa-Haifa highway. His truck had been halted by a barricade of barrels.
Terrorists shot to death an Arab pedestrian in a crowded street of the port city of Haifa, scone of many recent similar terroristic acts. As in the previous attacks, the terrorists escaped.
