Dr. N. Levin, a leading British physicist, has been named deputy director of the atomic weapons research establishment at Aldermaston, the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority announced today. Dr. Levin, who was attached to the Royal Navy Scientific Service during World War II, was responsible for the development of a very high frequency radio communications system which operated during the invasion of Europe.
