Acting on the heels of a fresh outburst of “incidents” along the Israel borders, the Jewish Agency executive today approved a plan for the spending of additional funds to provide lighting, roads and steel fences for border settlements in an attempt to cut down Arab incursions against Israel settlements which have resulted in heavy loss of life and damage to property.
