The Jewish Agency executive plenary today approved the Agency’s 1963-64 budget, totaling 375, 000, 000 pounds ($125, 000, 000). The executive went on record as regarding as not final a decision by the Israel Government not to participate in the Agency’s settlement budget which, hitherto, has amounted to 40, 000, 000 pounds.
