Leon Dultzin, member of the Jewish Agency executive who recently resigned from a committee post in the Gahal Herut-Liberal bloc, said here today that the bloc could continue to exist only if there was a change in the electoral system in Israel and if Herut defined its position with regard to Israel’s frontiers and Israel’s relations with Germany.
Mr. Dultzin, currently visiting Argentina, told a press conference that the electoral change was necessary to end the splintered character of Israeli politics. He was replying to a question about his resignation.
