The Jewish Agency disclosed today that it had a cash income of $163.5 million from the United Jewish Appeal and Keren Hayesod during the last fiscal year which ended March 31, 1969. The Agency’s treasurer, Arieh L. Dultzin, said a 50 percent increase was expected during the current fiscal year. According to Mr. Dultzin, more than $105 million were raised last year through UJA’s Israel Emergency Fund campaign and $58 million in the regular campaign. He said that in addition, pledges totalling $50 million had not yet been paid up.
