Flight-Lieutenant Albert E. Glazer of this city has been awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross at ceremonies “somewhere in England,” it was learned here today.
A graduate of the engineering school of the University of Toronto, Glazer joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in January, 1941. For over a year he was stationed at Malta, attached to the fighter squadrons that fought off the hordes of Nazi bombers which constantly besieged that much-bombed island.
